Do you accept Debit/Credit Card?
We have been able to integrate a payment gateway that allows Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. Join our Discord Server and create a support ticket to pay with any method not specified on our shop checkout.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
All sales are generally final. Refunds are only issued if required by law or in rare, specific cases at our sole discretion. Please review our Terms of Use for detailed information on our refund policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can utilize our Payment Methods Guide to view a list of accepted payment methods. Anything besides Bitcoin (BTC) and Litecoin (LTC) requires a purchase ticket in our Discord Server. Rest assured, alternative payment methods are processed quickly by our staff members and there is minimal wait time. How long does it take for an order to be processed?
Some orders are processed instantly. For certain products like Discord Nitro, you'll need to open a ticket in our Discord server to receive your code, which is usually fulfilled within minutes during business hours. However, delivery information will be available in your payment confirmation email.
Is this service legit?
YES! We are a legitimite service and have been around since 2023, but have resurfaced in 2025. We will never sell a service that we believe is not high enough for our standards. I accidentally bought the wrong product. What do I do?
If you purchase the wrong product, it's no big deal. Contact our support team immediately with your order details. If your product is delivered instantly, we are usually unable to cancel and issue refunds, depending on the product. However, for manual delivered products, we are able to cancel your order if it hasn't been redeemed yet.
What should I do if my payment fails?
Payment failures can occur for a variety of reasons, such as card deactivations, false fraud alerts, connection issues, bank restrictions, and more. If your payment doesn't go through, we recommend checking your card details to ensure there are no outgoing fraud alerts, along with checking for sufficient balance. If you have issues despite following these instructions, please contact our support team — we will assist with troubleshooting and ensuring your purchase goes through safely.
Can I get notified when new products are added?
Yes! To stay up to date with our latest releases and discounts, you can join our Discord Server. We regularly add new products, limited time offers, coupon codes, exclusive deals, and giveaways for new products.
Can I gift Discord Nitro to someone else?
The answer is YES! When you purchase a Discord Nitro code from us, they are redeemable by any user on Discord, as it is through a gift link. This means you can redeem it for yourself, or any other user you wish to send it to.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes! Depending on the product, we sometimes offer bulk discounts. If you’re interested in purchasing multiple accounts, or multiple of a product, check the product description or contact our support team. Some products have a Buy 10 = 20% Off, and others may be Buy 20 = 20% off. However, not all products are eligible for bulk pricing. If you don't see bulk pricing in a product description, feel free to contact our support team to arrange a custom bulk order.
Can I request a custom product or special order?
Dependent on the request, we accept custom requests for products or bundles. Contact our support team with your request, and we’ll let you know if it’s possible and provide pricing or delivery details.
Is there a limit to how many Nitro codes I can purchase?
There is no set limit on how many nitro codes you can purchase. However, if our stock doesn't account for it, we will not be able to process the order. You can "stack" nitro codes on your account to have as much nitro as you'd like.
What are your working hours?
While we don't have set working hours at Enomen, we are oftentimes most available from 9am-9pm (EST) as that is the timezone most of our staff operate in. However, our staff team may be available outside of those hours.
Can I transfer my warranty to another account?
For products with lifetime warranties, we are able to transfer your purchase history to a new account. This way, you can keep your warranty despite using a new account. To update your account information to a new account, contact our support team.
Do your Nitro codes expire?
Yes, all Discord Nitro gift links have an expiration date. However, once you've redeemed the gift, you will keep your nitro for the duration you purchased it for. It's crucial to redeem your code as soon as possible after delivery. Our staff members have been trained to send screenshots of validity at the time of delivery, and if the code is not redeemed within the code timeframe, you will NOT be entitled to a refund.
